After I sign up, how soon will I receive a Next Phase Funded Challenge?

You will receive your Trading Platform and Dashboard credentials within 5 minutes of receiving your confirmation of a successful payment; however, for cryptocurrency payments, the confirmation time may vary depending on network congestion and blockchain verification.

Your account will be issued for local bank payments as soon as you provide us with the proof of payment and the money appears in our bank account. Normally, this is handled very away, but occasionally it may take two to four hours.

Which instruments can I trade?

A vast array of instruments that are accessible on your trading platform are eligible for trade. Usually, this covers indices, crypto, commodities, and forex.

What are the commissions and spreads?

Our spreads on the majority of currency pairs and gold are extremely competitive and typically less than 1 pip in normal market conditions. Spreads do, of course, naturally rise during periods of high impact news and volatility; traders should be aware of this and take it into consideration when making trading decisions. The spreads at that moment will be determined by the state of the market and other considerations.

Commissions are $2 for each side of a lot. This works out to $5 for each round journey.

Are EAs allowed?

Yes

How do a Hard Breach and a Soft Breach Rule differ from one another?

All trades that broke the regulation will not be counted if there is a Soft Breach. You are still able to trade with your Funded or Assessment Account, though. A Hard Breach occurs when you go against the Maximum Drawdown or Daily Loss Limit guidelines. You risk failing the assessment or losing your Funded Account if you have a Hard Breach.

You can only commit two soft breaches of the specific Soft Breach rule. The third one will be considered Hard Breach.

Can I hold Trades over the Weekend?

Yes, you can hold trades over the weekend. However, swaps will not be charged for overnight positions.

When does the Daily Drawdown reset?

At 5:00 p.m. EST, the Daily Drawdown is reset. For the trader’s dashboard to display the Daily Drawdown, all trades must be closed before the designated time.

5:00 pm EST is equal to 2:00 am PAK time.

Will I get a Demo or Live Account after passing the Evaluation?

In order to best serve our clients, a Demo Account is used for trading at all phases of the partnership between Next Phase Funded and the client. Please remember that a Funded Account is a fully simulated account that uses actual market quotes from liquidity sources in order to prevent confusion.

A partnered proprietary trading business receives the trading data and uses aggregated orders and proprietary risk management techniques to copy trades at their discretion.

How long does it take to process Payouts?

We will email you, your Traders Agreement and KYC requirements as soon as you pass our evaluation. We will deliver your Funded Account to you as soon as your contract is signed.

After their first trade, traders have 14 days to request a payment. You can easily request a payout using your Dashboard when you're ready. Your refund will often be approved by our team within 48 hours, if not sooner. The money will subsequently be transferred

to your cryptocurrency wallet or local bank. We provide a number of compensation choices, such as cryptocurrency and bank transfers. You are welcome to select the one that best fits you!

Generally, the payout process only takes a couple of business days, but many of our traders have received their funds within 24 hours!

Am I allowed to use a VPN?

Both the Instant Account and the Evaluation stages can be completed with a VPS or VPN. On the other hand, if the system notices anomalies in the IP addresses, it may flag the account. When asked, kindly supply the paperwork and the ownership proof (your name-bearing invoice).

We advise utilizing a VPN or VPS with a static IP address. You can send our support staff the IP address of the device so they can add it to a whitelist. This keeps anomalies in the IP Address from being unnecessarily discovered.

How can you guarantee that your account remains active?

To keep your trading account active, you as the trader must log in at least once every thirty days after getting your account details. You only need to sign into the account; no trades need to be made. The account will be deleted in accordance with the inactive status if this is not done. This is true for funded accounts as well as accounts in the evaluation phase.

What do I do if I have a question or a problem?

Please contact our support team regarding any questions or concerns you may have on [email protected]

What is the duration of time it takes to get my Funded Account?

Our experts will examine your trading account and notify you whenever you meet the trading objectives for the second round of the examination. A few hours may pass for this.

Your Funded Account will be established, and issued to you upon completion of the agreement and receipt of all required documentation. Usually, the entire process is finished.

Once the review is completed, you will get an email within 24 to 48 business hours that will include instructions on how to access and finish your Trader Agreement and KYC.

What happens if my account is found to have violated any rules?

Your account will be blocked and won’t be able to receive any more pay-outs if a breach or prohibited practice is found during Funded or Challenge phase.

What is 2 Step Lite Program?

NPF 2-Step Lite Challenge

An Affordable Way to Prove Your Trading Skills and Get Funded

How It Works

The Lite Challenge follows the same evaluation rules as our standard 2-Step Challenge. Traders go through two evaluation phases before receiving a funded account — but in the Lite version, you only pay when you pass each stage.

The results of these evaluations may not fully reflect an individual's overall trading skill or their ability to consistently meet the objectives and rules of our programs in a live market environment. Before participating in any of our funding challenges or programs, we strongly encourage clients to thoroughly review the terms and conditions and make decisions based on their own independent judgment.

Trading financial instruments involves a high degree of risk and may not be suitable for all individuals. Instruments such as forex, options, and futures can experience extreme price volatility, with potential losses exceeding the initial investment. External factors—including global events, seasonal trends, geopolitical shifts, pandemics, and other market-impacting occurrences—can significantly affect trading outcomes, and many of these factors are already priced into the market.

Due to the use of leverage, even small price movements can lead to substantial gains or losses. Next Phase Funded does not offer investment advice or trading recommendations.
